2. Data Collected

On this website, we collect only your email address when you fill in the demo access form.

3. Social Network Data

When a merchant connects their Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account, we collect and store: the identifier and name of the Page or account, the access tokens issued by that network, and the identifiers of the posts we publish on the merchant's instruction. When the automatic reply is enabled, we also receive the comments and messages sent to those posts — author, identifier and text — and use them solely to send the reply the merchant configured.

None of this is used for advertising, sold, or shared with third parties. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never sent to a browser. We keep this data for as long as the connection exists: it is deleted when the merchant disconnects the network in our backoffice, when they uninstall our app, or on request.

4. Purpose of Processing

• Sending demo access and a post-demo recap.
• Anonymous usage analytics (no personal identification).
• Sending news and marketing communications, only if you have given explicit consent in the form.

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the consent you provide when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Third-Party Sharing

Data may be processed by the following GDPR-compliant providers:

• Formspree — contact email delivery.
• Internal analytics service — anonymous session event logging.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Retention

We retain your email for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purpose, or until you request its deletion.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
